General Policies and Guidelines:

• We are an adult oriented RV Park. Minors not permitted without prior approval at time of booking.
• RV units must be fully self contained with flush toilet and shower
• Pre-payment required to secure reservation
  • E-transfer or credit card accepted for payment
• Check in time is 1 pm
• Check out time is 11am
• RV units and vehicles to remain on gravel pad.
• Guests are to maintain a tidy site, free of clutter and garbage
• No parking on grass
• No tenting permitted
• No Campfires Permitted. May bring own Propane operated Fire Bowl.
• Pets
  • To be kept on leash at all times
  • Owners are to clean up after pet(s)
  • No excessive noise or aggressive behavior.
• Food and coolers to be stored in vehicles or RVs (we do have wildlife in the area)
• No lifeguard on duty. Pool access is at users risk.
  • Liability waiver must be completed by all visitors prior to pool use
• Non-registered visitors permitted until 10pm

Refunds & Cancellations

• Full refund, less $75 admin fee if cancelled more than 1 month prior to reserved arrival date
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 – 30 days prior to reserved arrival date
• No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to reserved arrival date
• No refunds for early departures
