The Ley family has owned and farmed these 18.5 acres in Oyama since 1947.  David and Gertie Ley began the farm with planting apples and then introducing pears and a variety of soft fruits as well.

In 1974, their second eldest son Tom bought 9.5 acres of the family farm and, in 2008, he built Lake Country’s first Agri-Tourism related RV Park.  Tom offered guests a warm and friendly atmosphere among the sweet corn and apples he produced.

In 2019 the majority of the apples were replanted with cherries.

Tom sadly passed away in 2023 with his younger brother, Michael Ley, then assuming management of the RV Park & farm.  In March 2025, Michael and his wife Bonnie purchased the Property.
