General Policies and Guidelines:

• We are an ADULT ORIENTED RV Park. Minors not permitted without prior approval at time of booking.
• RV units to be fully self-contained with flush toilet and shower (we do not provide these)
• Pre-payment required to secure reservation
  • E-transfer or Credit Card accepted
• For Long Weekends, 3 nights minimum stay required
• Bookings are subject to site changes to accommodate longer stays or larger RV units. 
• Check-in: 1 pm
• Check-out: 11 am
• RV units & vehicles to park on provided gravel pad or in overflow parking.
• A tidy site to be maintained; free of clutter & garbage
• No overhang of RV on grass
• No tenting permitted
• Sorry, no campfires permitted. May bring own propane operated fire bowl.
• 2 Pets permitted
  • To be kept on leash at all times
  • Owners to clean up after pets
  • No excessive noise or aggressive behavior.
• Food & coolers to be stored in vehicles or RV (we do have wildlife in the area)
• NO lifeguard on duty. Pool access is at users own risk.
  • Liability waiver must be completed by all visitors prior to pool use
• Non-registered visitors permitted until 10pm
• Bookings are subject to site changes to accommodate longer stays or larger RV units. 
• Washing of RVs & Vehicles not permitted on property
• SPECIAL NOTE: We are an active fruit farming orchard operating farm machinery with working farm personnel

Refunds, Cancellations, & Changes

• Full refund, less 1 Night Fee, if cancelled more than 1 month prior to reserved arrival date
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 – 30 days prior to reserved arrival date
• No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to reserved arrival date
• No refunds for early departures
• 1 Night Fee charge for changes to reservation
• Extended Stays are subject to separate cancellation policies & non-refundable deposits
