2 Adult guests per site
- $5/night per additional guest per site
1 tow vehicle or pull-behind vehicle per site
- $10/night per additional vehicle or boat (to a maximum of $100/month)
Free sewer and electricity (30/50amp)
Free Wi-fi
Picnic Table
Access to all property amenities (Pool is open approx. May 15 – Sept 7, weather permitting)

Full refund, less $75 admin fee if cancelled more than 1 month prior to reserved arrival date
50% refund if cancelled 14 – 30 days prior to reserved arrival date
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to reserved arrival date
No refunds for early departures

We are an adult oriented RV Park. Minors not permitted without prior approval at time of booking.
Pre-payment required to secure reservation
- E-transfer or credit card accepted for payment
Check in time is 1 pm
Check out time is 11am
RV units must be fully self contained with flush toilet and shower
RV units and vehicles to remain on gravel pad.
Guests are to maintain a tidy site, free of clutter and garbage
No parking on grass
No tenting permitted
Pets
- To be kept on leash at all times
- Owners are to clean up after pet(s)
- No excessive noise or aggressive behavior.
Food and coolers to be stored in vehicles or RVs (we do have wildlife in the area)
No lifeguard on duty. Pool access is at users risk.
- Liability waiver must be completed by all visitors prior to pool use
Non-registered visitors permitted until 10pm
